We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end deployment of ERP systems for our clients. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of integrating and optimizing ERP solutions, ensuring seamless implementation that meets business goals and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of ERP implementations.
- Assess client needs and translate them into effective ERP system configurations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Perform data migration, system integration, and user training.
- Customize ERP systems based on specific client business processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve any technical issues.
- Continuously improve implementation processes and stay up-to-date with ERP technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and deployment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ERP certification is a plus.
