We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. As a key player in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support their digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and design tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
• Provide expert consultation on system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Offer training and support to clients for successful adoption of Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues post-implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of integration with other Microsoft products (Azure, Power Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
